Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your DHC product, we are here to help. Please read our Return and Refund policy for more details.

1. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
- The product must be returned within the 5 days from the date of purchase.
- A valid proof of purchase(receipt or order number) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Products
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used products.
- Gift cards or any other non-returnable items.

3. How to Return an Item
If you wish to return a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact DHC Nepal customer service at info@dhcnepal.com or call 9808842447to initiate the return process.
- Provide your order details and the reason for the return.
- You will receive instructions on how to return the product to our address.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Refund Process
Once your returned product is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- In cases where the refund cannot be issued to the original payment method, store credit or a replacement product will be offered as an alternative.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Please contact our customer service team immediately at info@dhcnepal.com with your order number and photos of the damaged product.
- We will provide you with a full refund or replacement, and return shipping fees will be covered by DHC Nepal.

6. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for products. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
